🏫 APG’s 3rd Annual Open House, Garden Day, Community Festival and Bike Fair 🚴🏽 🌿 :Sunday 4/28, 10am to 2pm
Our Annual APG Open House is coming soon!
Sunday April 28th, 10am-2pm
APG will be open to the public for a community fair, bike fair, and open house. Activities include:State Assemblyman Phil Ting sponsored Bike Fair, including bike repairs, safety lessons, and giveaways
-SNBC staff provided organized recreation
-APG garden projects
-School tours and information
-Community booths
-Supervisor Gordon Mar info table
-Food sales benefitting the APG Student Council
-Performances
-Enter APG yard from pedestrian gate on 37th Avenue or upper school parking lot.
😀 We need volunteers for setting up, food and drink sales and cleaning up. Please sign up here.
📅 👩🏽🏫 Save the date and signups. Teacher Appreciation week: May 6 to 10
Teacher and Staff Appreciation Week: Join is in showing gratitude for our wonderful, dedicated, hardworking teachers and staff. We are asking families to bake treats 🍰 that will be personally delivered to all teachers and staff. Please drop off your baked goods in the main office on Monday, May 6, anytime before the end of the school day. Sign up here
‼️ Help reduce burglaries and break-ins in the Sunset district
We have had many burglaries and break-ins in the Sunset District and Supervisor Mar is looking to reduce burglaries in the neighborhood. See attached flyer for Supervisor Mar’s initiative.

Track lines:
A huge thank you to parent Eric Hansen for taking on another APG project by getting the materials and spending the time to repaint the track lines on the upper yard. Track coach & dean Mr. Backstrom, Coach Cheng, and Principal Schoeman also spent their Sunday at school to paint the lines. Be sure to thank them when you see them!
