In order to be eligible to try out for the Boys or Girls Basketball teams, you must be cleared on Home Campus prior to the tryout dates, by September 10th.
BasketballTryouts will begin on Tuesday 9/12 at 4pm in the Gym. More details to follow.
Back to School Night on Thursday, 9.14.23 from 5:15pm - 8:00pm. The detailed schedule will be shared by email and Bulletin. Don't miss this great event and the chance to meet all your student's teachers at APG! See FLIER HERE. The night begins with a performance from our Concert Band, followed by introductions, and then classroom visits. We will have tables with info from our PTSA Board and Beacon program, and Jaguar gear for sale.
* Please note: there will be no food or drinks served at this event; kindly make arrangements for your own meals and eat off-site before or after attending this school event. Thanks for understanding.
We'd love to see all our families and staff attend our first Garden Workday of the year! Sunday, September 17th 9:00am - 2:00pm APG Garden
RSVP HERE No gardening experience needed, we'll have tasks for everyone to participate. We welcome donations of soil, compost and succulents at our workday.
Please wear clothing you don't mind getting dirty. If you have your own gardening/work gloves, please bring them.
There will be light snacks for all who show up to lend a hand!

PTSA General Meetings
General PTSA meetings are a great way for parents/caregivers, students, and staff to participate actively in our school community. We will have FIVE General meetings during the school year: September 6th, November 8th, January 24th, March 13th, and April 24th. Meeting info will be posted here and shared by our Google Group, Bulletin, and social media pages.

At each meeting, we discuss recent and upcoming school initiatives, events, and activities, and review PTSA budget issues. To be a voting participant, you have to be a PTSA Member. We are stronger together ~ the more of us who participate, the bigger the impact we have within our school community. Let’s do this, Jaguars!

Together, we can make a big difference in supporting our students and staff at APG!
APG is offering four tours in Fall 2023 for prospective 6th graders & parents applying for the 2024-25 school year. Please SIGN UP FOR APG TOURS USING THIS SFUSD FORM (the form will not be live until October 1st and you must sign up online to attend one of our four APG school tours.) Our tours will be held from 9:30am-11:15am on 10/26, 11/9, 11/30 and 1/25 for prospective families who’ve SIGNED UP ONLINE. Special Education tours will be offered only for parents of students who currently have an IEP after each of the general tours, from 11:15-11:45am.
